Installing

powerOne can be installed from a web site or from a downloaded file. If you continue to have problems after trying these instructions, click here for troubleshooting.

Install Direct to Device

1. From the BlackBerry Browser, go to the download web page.
2. Scroll to the 'BlackBerry Browser - Install' button and select it.
3. Choose the 'Download' button.

The download will begin and will tell you when it is completed.

Install through Desktop Software

1. From your desktop web browser, go to the download web page.
2. Select the 'BlackBerry Browser - Install' button and save it to your local computer. REMEMBER THE LOCATION.
3. Navigate to the file and unzip the 'powerone_bb.zip' file.
   • In Windows XP, right mouse click and choose "Extract All..."
   • In other OS', download StuffIt Expander free.
4. Connect your device to the computer.
5. Run 'Desktop Manager'.
6. Run 'Application Loader'.
7. Select 'Next'.
8. Select 'Add' button.
9. Navigate to the extracted 'powerone_bb' folder and select 'powerOne.alx'.
10. Select 'Next'.
11. Select 'Finish'.
12. Select 'Close'.

The software will be installed to the device.
