Installing powerOne for BlackBerry Smartphones

powerOne can be installed from a web site or from a downloaded file. If you continue to have problems after trying these instructions, see troubleshooting.

Install Direct to Device

• From the BlackBerry Browser, go to the download web page.
• Scroll to the BlackBerry section and choose "Direct to Device".
• Choose the 'Download' button.

The download will begin and will tell you when it is completed.

Install through Desktop Software

• From your desktop web browser, go to the download web page.
• Scroll to the BlackBerry section and choose "Desktop". REMEMBER THE LOCATION.
• Navigate to the file and unzip the 'powerone_bb.zip' file. On Windows, right mouse click and choose "Extract All...". On Mac, double-click to extract.
• Connect your device to the computer.
• Run 'Desktop Manager'.
• Run 'Application Loader'.
• Select 'Next'.
• Select 'Add' button.
• Navigate to the extracted 'powerone_bb' folder and select 'powerOne.alx'.
• Select 'Next'.
• Select 'Finish'.
• Select 'Close'.

The software will be installed to the device.
