Downloading a Previous Purchase

If you purchased from us or resellers other than Apple, you can look up your records and download a new copy by searching on your email address within the Account section of the web site. For Apple, please visit your iTunes account to re-install.

The steps are as follows:

  • Go to the Account page
  • Enter your email address and security question answer
  • Choose the product you wish to re-install
  • Click the link in the email that is sent to your account
Note 1: It is possible that your order is not listed. If so, please email to us the purchase receipt and we can register the product.
Note 2: If your email has changed please email us from your new address and tell us. Include your old email address and your full name for verification.
