To return a product, email us and request a refund. Infinity Softworks will authorize a refund if all three conditions are met:
- You purchased the software through Infinity Softworks' web site.
- You purchased the software within 30 days of requesting a refund.
- You deleted the software from your device and/or computer.
If you purchased an Infinity Softworks product through a reseller, please contact the third-party directly for refund requests. Each reseller has their own refund policies.
Please include in your refund request the following information:
- Name
- Email address (used to purchase)
- Order number
- Confirm that the product was removed from your device/computer
- Product to return
- Why you are returning the software (to help us improve our products)
