Executable (.exe) Installation

1. Save the application file to your computer. REMEMBER THE SAVE LOCATION.
2. Navigate to that location and double-click on the installer. The following Setup screen will display:
3. Select Install Windows Client and follow the on screen instructions. This will load the Data Service download application onto the Windows system.
4. If you are using a Treo or Tungsten T5 PalmOne device, select Install TREO Client and follow the on screen instructions. This will load the Data Service download application onto the Palm device for direct wireless download.*
5. Select Install Templates and follow the on screen instructions. This will load the templates specifically designed for the powerOne Data Service data to the desktop or handheld software.

Problem Solving

1. Did you close a previous installation of the application before installing? To close an open application:
   1. Select it from the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. The taskbar shows open applications in a minimized format.
   2. Choose "Exit" on the File menu.
2. Do you have enough memory available on your computer? To see how much memory the Infinity Softworks application uses, see the product page. To check your device's available memory:
   1. Go to My Computer.
   2. Select the C drive by clicking on it once.
   3. See the available memory to the left. Most displays show memory in gigabytes (G or GB) while many applications are noted in megabytes (M or MB) or kilobytes (K or KB). 1 GB is approximately equal to 1,000 MB or 1,000,000 KB.
3. Did the installer run without error? If not, try again. If it fails a second time, contact Infinity Softworks with an exact description of the problem.
