Re-Installing Software
You can download a new copy of the software by following these instructions:
1. Go to www.infinitysw.com.
2. Choose My Account at the top of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password.
4. Choose Order History at the bottom of the page.
5. Choose View Order to the right of your order.
6. Select the appropriate download option at the bottom of the page.
7. Save the file to your desktop system. REMEMBER WHERE YOU SAVED IT.

Common Problems:
1. If you forgot your password, request a new one by selecting "Forgot your password?" on the My Account login screen. It will email you a new one.
2. If you forgot your password and your email address has changed, contact Infinity Softworks to update your account before resetting your password.
3. If you receive a message telling you "downloads have expired," contact Infinity Softworks.
4. In most cases, your download will be the most recent version available. Check Product Updates to verify.
